The history of the Zoetis Global Manufacturing and Supply site in Charles City, Iowa, dates to the 1920’s, when Dr. Joseph Salisbury established a veterinary practice. Nearly a century later, the 600,000+ square-foot site on 256 acres is dedicated to the manufacture of quality vaccines that help protect animal health and the world’s food supply. We are Zoetis, the world’s leading animal health company and our vaccines help protect the health of livestock and companion animals in more than 100 countries. Charles City is one of 27 sites in the Zoetis Global Manufacturing and Supply network and produces its highest volume of vaccine doses. Collectively, our 440+ colleagues at the Charles City site have over 4,600 years of service and expertise.
