New exhibit at the Charles City Arts Center featuring artist Kimberly Machovec-Smith, November 8-29, 2024. The Art Center, located at 301 North Jackson St., is open Wednesday-Friday from 1-5 p.m., and Saturdays from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Free Admission.

Annual community Veterans Day program held at Comet Gym, 1200 1st. Ave., at 10:15 a.m. Monday, Nov. 11th. Doors Open at 9:30 a.m. Guest Speaker Todd Prichard. Open to all.

VFW Veterans Day Dance

5:00 PM - 10:00 PM

Live band dance from 7-10 p.m., with a short program and pork sandwich meal offered starting at 5 p.m. Public welcome, no cover charge.
