Wednesday Charles City residential trash & recycling totes will move to Tuesday, November 21st. Thursday Charles City residential trash & recycling totes along with commercial recycling and cardboard will move to Wednesday, November 22nd. Thursday commercial and rural trash stops will move to Friday, November 24th and Friday commercial and rural trash stops will remain on Friday, November 24th.
