Join the Charles City Area Chamber of Commerce for an entertaining night of fun, food, socializing, laughs and celebration on Saturday, February 24, 2024, at the Annual Chamber Dinner & Auction event to be held at the Floyd County Fairgrounds. 

Enjoy the amazement and hilarity of entertainer Tom Roth and his stage hypnosis show, feast on a dinner catered by Dave's Restaurant, take a shot at the wonderful silent and live auction items available, as well as help celebrate the 90th anniversary of the Chamber. Add to the fun by participating in the "Dress Your Best Decade" costume contest for a shot at a prize and bragging rights! 

The event will be held at the Youth Enrichment Center at the Fairgrounds, with social hour beginning at 5:30 p.m. and dinner at 6 p.m., to be followed by the entertainment and auction. Depending on your Chamber membership level, you may be entitled to free tickets to the dinner. If so, be watching for a separate email reminding you of that benefit and how many free tickets you are eligible for, as well as if you have reserved seating. Additional tickets, if you so desire, may be purchased at the regular price. 

Private tables of 6-8 people can be reserved for $25. There must be a minimum of six people in your party in order to reserve a table. 

Tom Roth is a former school teacher who always brings a little education about hypnosis to his show, along with a little comedy, a little intrigue "and always a lot of fun." He promises that safety, dignity, and good taste are of utmost importance, with the number one goal being for the audience and volunteers to have a good time.
