Childhood Immunization Clinics

Description
Will be every other Thursday in October (3rd, 17th and 31st) for children up to the age of 18 that have Medicaid (T19) insurance, or are under insured (insurance doesn't cover immunizations) or have no insurance. A $19.00 dollar donation per shot is asked if you have no insurance.
