Childhood Immunization Clinic

Description

Immunization clinics at the Floyd County Public Health Office are for children up to age of 18 that have Medicaid (T19) insurance, that are under-insured (insurance doesn't cover) or have no insurance. You MUST set up an appointment in advance, as clinic does fill up. If you do not have T19, you will be asked for a $19.68 donation fee for each shot.
