DESCRIPTION:⠀Floyd County Medical Center cordially welcomes you to attend the \nGroundbreaking Ceremony of Phase II of our hospital expansion!\n\nEvent Details\n⠀Date - Thursday\, October 1\, 2026\n⠀Time - 4:00 pm  \n\nItinerary\n⠀Attendees will hear remarks from community and organizational \n⠀⠀leaders\, see renderings of what the new addition will look like \n⠀⠀upon completion\, and enjoy light refreshments.\n\n⠀Phase II is an integral part of our hospital expansion and will include \nfive new operating rooms\, a new cafeteria and kitchen\, and new \nmaterials management department.\n\n⠀The estimated completion date of Phase II spans the end of 2028 to the beginning of 2029.
